To become a partner, you must choose a recurring option, so you can choose to give every week, every two weeks, or every month.

We have three partner levels:

JOY PARTNER: Giving range between $55 - 325

FAITH PARTNER: Giving range between $326 - 459

LOVE PARTNER: Giving range is $500 and up

Follow the steps below if you have NOT created an account on Almsbucket:

In order to cancel your partnership on our old giving platform you need to create an account on ALMSBUCKET so please watch the entire video below 👇👇👇

Follow the steps below if you HAVE ALREADY SET-UP an account on Almsbucket:

Once you have created your account on Almsbucket, please click this link and enter your email (It will send you an email for confirmation) after you click the button to confirm, please REFRESH the page and follow the rest of the cancellation steps laid out in the video. (PLEASE NOTE: In the video, it is stated that it will cancel on the billing period, however as of now, it will cancel immediately.)

If you're transitioning from Almsbucket to our new and improved giving platform, PushPay, we want to ensure a smooth experience for you. To download your giving statements, follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to your Almsbucket account.
2. Navigate to "statements".
3. Select the year 2023 and click "search"
4. Click on the "Download" button and choose the desired file format (PDF or CSV).
5. Save the file to your preferred location on your device.

Signing in to Your Pushpay Account

1. Navigate to the Pushpay login page and click "Sign in."

2. Enter your mobile number and click "Next" for a 6-digit security code to be sent to your mobile phone via text message.

Note: If you aren't able to receive a text message on your mobile phone & you had previously set up a password, you can log in with your email address and password by clicking on "Sign in via email & password >" (located above the "Mobile" field) instead.

3. Enter the Security code you receive, click "Sign in," and you will be logged into your account immediately. No password needed!

Manage a Scheduled/Recurring Gift's Details

1. Log into Pushpay.
2. Once logged in, look for the section titled "Scheduled Gifts" and click on the organization you'd like to review your scheduled/recurring gift for.
Note: The section could also be titled "Recurring Gifts."

3. From here, you will see various details regarding your scheduled/recurring gift, as well as have several action options - to edit the details or payment method, pause the recurring gift, or resume a paused recurring gift, cancel the scheduled/recurring gift.

Edit a Scheduled/Recurring Gift's Details or Payment Method

1. From the gift details screen, click the "Edit" button at the bottom of your screen.

2. You will be able to edit the following details –
If your gift is a Recurring gift:

Amount: the amount you'd like to give per recurrence
How often?: the frequency of your recurring gift
Starts on: the next date your recurring gift will be processed
Ending: the end date of your recurring schedule
This option will only be available if your organization has enabled this setting.
Fund: the fund your recurring gift is being put towards
If your gift is a Scheduled one-time gift:

Amount: the amount you'd like to give
Payment date: the date your scheduled gift will be processed
Fund: the fund your scheduled gift will be put towards

To edit/update your payment method, please see the next step.

3. To update your payment method, click "Change payment method" located above the current payment method.
4. Select your preferred payment method from the drop down list.
If you need to add a payment method to this list, click here for instructions.

5. Once you’ve made the desired changes to your payment schedule, click "Save" at the bottom of the page.

Pause a Recurring Gift

1. While in the gift details screen, look for the "Next payment" row, and click "Pause."

2. Once clicked, you’ll see a notification that your gift has been successfully paused.

Resume a Paused Recurring Gift

1. From the gift details screen, click the "Edit recurring" button at the bottom of your screen.

2. Review the schedule details (if you need more information about the details, click here).
3. Once you've confirmed that the details are accurate, click "Save" at the bottom of the page to resume your payment schedule.

Cancel a Scheduled/Recurring Gift

1. While in the gift details screen, click the "Cancel" button on the top right corner of the page.

2. A notification will appear asking you to confirm that you’d like to cancel your payment schedule, click "Yes."

3. Once confirmed, you'll see a notification stating your schedule has been successfully cancelled.
