To download your giving statements, follow these simple steps: 1. Navigate to "statements". 3. Select the year 2023 and click "search" 4. Click on the "Download" button and choose the desired file format (PDF or CSV). 5. Signing in to Your Pushpay Account 1. Manage a Scheduled/Recurring Gift's Details 1. Log into Pushpay.(https://pushpay.com/login?mode=p&_ga=2.212885332.191179774.1690940200-1228607641.1690940190) 2. Once logged in, look for the section titled "Scheduled Gifts" and click on the organization you'd like to review your scheduled/recurring gift for. You will be able to edit the following details – If your gift is a Recurring gift: Amount: the amount you'd like to give per recurrence How often?: the frequency of your recurring gift Starts on: the next date your recurring gift will be processed Ending: the end date of your recurring schedule This option will only be available if your organization has enabled this setting. To update your payment method, click "Change payment method" located above the current payment method. 4. Select your preferred payment method from the drop down list. Once you’ve made the desired changes to your payment schedule, click "Save" at the bottom of the page. Pause a Recurring Gift 1. Once you've confirmed that the details are accurate, click "Save" at the bottom of the page to resume your payment schedule. Cancel a Scheduled/Recurring Gift 1.
