How To Walk In Your Identity

Who Are You in Christ?

According to Galatians 2:20, "I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me." (KJV)

This verse reminds us that our old self has passed away, and we are now new creations in Christ Jesus. We are no longer defined by our past mistakes or failures, but by our new identity in Christ.

Walking in Your Identity

Walking in your identity in Christ Jesus gives you access to His life, which is filled with power to live each day without fear of failure. As Romans 8:1 states, "There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit." (KJV)

A Life of Hope and Purpose

Once you understand your identity in Christ, you'll begin to see your life with new eyes. You'll realize that your future is filled with hope and purpose. You'll start to walk in confidence, knowing that you are a child of God, loved and accepted just as you are.

Declaration

"I declare that I am a child of God, loved and accepted just as I am. I am crucified with Christ, and I live by the faith of the Son of God. I renounce every lie and false identity that has held me captive. I stand firm in my true identity as a new creation in Christ Jesus."

Pray with me

"Heavenly Father, help me walk in my identity in Christ Jesus. Give me confidence and faith to live each day without fear of failure. Thank you for loving me and accepting me just as I am. Empower me to live a life of purpose and hope, filled with Your presence and power in Jesus name, amen."
