You’re Not the First One

1 Corinthians 10:13 (ESV) - No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to mankind. God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, He will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.

Often, we find ourselves questioning why certain things happen to us or our families. In many cases, answers seem elusive, primarily because our focus and attention are fixated on the problem rather than seeking a solution.

The truth is, whatever you are currently facing is not there to destroy you. God loves you so deeply that He won't allow anything capable of harming you to come near. The Bible verse above reminds us that God permits only challenges and temptations that are common to humanity.

This means that whatever you are going through right now, you are not the first to experience it. Others have faced similar trials and emerged victorious. You are not alone in your current situation.

If others have triumphed over similar challenges, rest assured that you too can conquer, as you're not the first, and the same God who delivered them will deliver you today. God's Word is unwavering and promises that He will provide a way out of your situation (1 Corinthians 10:13).

Our God is always true to His promises. Keep your faith alive.

Scriptures for Meditation:

Psalm 34:19, Isaiah 43:2, 2 Corinthians 1:4, Romans 8:37, 1 Corinthians 10:13

Declarations:

  • I decree and declare that every yoke of sickness, stagnation, limitations, delay, and setbacks is broken.

  • I declare that I break every evil family pattern that causes generational curses.

  • I decree and declare supernatural ability and speed in every area of my life and upon my family.

Prayer:

Dear God, when I face difficulties, remind me of 1 Corinthians 10:13. Help me shift my focus to solutions, knowing that I am not alone in my struggles. I place my complete trust in You, knowing that my life is in Your hands. Open the eyes of my spirit and guide me. Strengthen my faith, for I trust in Your promise to provide a way out in Jesus' Name, Amen.
