Recover All

The book of Samuel shows us that David and his men went through tumultuous times. They lost their wives, children, properties, and possessions, which were taken away by their enemies. Despite their distress, they remained trusting in God.

Inquiring with God

David enquired with the Lord, who gave him the green light to pursue his enemies. God assured him that he would overtake them and recover all. When we take matters into our own hands without inquiring with God, we are not allowing Him to overtake.

The Lord's Strategic Pattern

The Lord's strategic pattern for David and his men was to pursue and recover all they had lost. This is evident in 1 Samuel 30:18-20, where David recovered all that the Amalekites had carried away.

Faith in God

You need to know that God is always on your side, despite the circumstances you may be facing. You may be facing eviction, custody cases, abuse, or any other tumultuous life incidents, but with faith in God, He will bring you into full recovery.

Meditation

Job 14:7 says, "For there is hope of a tree, if it be cut down, that it will sprout again, and that the tender branch thereof will not cease." (KJV)

Job 42:7-10 shows us how Job prayed for his friends, and the Lord turned his captivity, giving him twice as much as he had before.

Declaration

"I decree that I will recover all that the enemy has stolen from me. I will trust in God's plan and timing, knowing that He will bring me into full recovery. I declare that I am ordained for such a time as this, and I am in God's will. I will pursue, overtake, and recover all, in Jesus name."

Pray with me

"Dear Heavenly Father, I believe in Your word and know that You are with me, guiding all my steps. Thank You for comforting my heart and giving me the capacity to pursue, overtake, and recover all. I pray for Your strategic plan to be revealed to me, that I may recover all that has been lost. Give me faith and trust in Your goodness, in Jesus name."
